Who Is Your A Team? MLM Team Building Like The Amazing Four!

a-team

I used to love watching the “The A Team” back in the day. It was crazy to see all of their elaborate plans to save the day.

The way they used to disappear into a broken down garage and come out with a crazy monster tank to battle the “baddies” used to have me at the edge of my seat wanting more.

The most important thing I noticed about “The A Team” was the way they managed to work out any situation by bouncing off each other, no not literally (ha).

Hannibal” would come up with the plan with that Cuban cigar in his mouth, “B.A” would do all the grunt work and keep the enemy at bay with brute force, “Face” would charm the ladies and swindle his way into any building with the art of seduction. Oh! and how can I forget my buddy “Murdock” - he would bug the hell out of B.A but seem to have some amazing flying skills.

So what the hell has this got to do with Home Based Business Leads or MLM team building?

Good question, my point is, you need an “A-Team”. It does not matter how great you are, you need MLM team building and a dream team in MLM that you can rely on to help you elevate to the next level. Remember it is not all about “how do I get more traffic to my web site” and leads. It is about networking with like minded individuals and harnessing the skills of others.

I have been building my business online for a little while now, and over the last few months I have mad some powerful collaborations and noticed the power of MLM team building. I also know that this will only get bigger and better.

Do you agree that you need a dream team in MLM? Have you found your A Team?

  • Wayne,
All I can think is "I pitty the FOOL". Great article. I have heard that forming alliances can be a really good thing. Not sure, but I need to look for a good one to get in. Probably will check betternetworker and see what I can find :).

    Eric
  • Hey Eric, I would say that is a smart idea ;)
  • This is the best, Wayne!

I grew up in SoCal and used to go to Universal Studios to watch the A-Team stunt show -- speed boats, explosions, machine guns -- awesome stuff, man.

I think working together is what it's all about -- it' all about leverage.
  • Wow! That would have been great to see the stunt show.

Yeah, working together is really important.

    Cheers for passing by.
  • Hey Wayne,

I always wanted to be part of the 'A-team'. That show rocked!

I like how you tied this story into business. I was laughing and wondering how does this relate to business. Great Job... Being a part of a team will always outperform playing by yourself.

    Have a great weekend...
    Josh
  • Thanks Josh, I too loved the show. The idea just popped in my head and I knew there had to be a tie-in somewhere! :)

You have a great weekend too my friend.
  • Hey there Dwayne,

These guys were quite resourceful by using what they had available to them. I used to love watching that show.

In network marketing, it's no different. How resourceful you are shows the kind of team member you truly are.

  • Jerome, I so agree brother!

Lead by example and get the results.

Cheers for passing by my friend.
  • Lets call it the mastermind alliance. I first heard this term from Napoleon Hill in Think And Grow Rich

I to have made some great connections in my team and my mastermind alliance is growing nicely.

The great thing about the A-Team was their diverse skill base. With such a broad range of skills they overcame ALL situations (even getting B.A on a plane, remember they put sleeping powder in his milk, classic).

    Great post

    Dwayne
  • Yeah, Mastermind Alliance - great citation there, and what a great book.

As for BA, man that used to crack me up as well.

    Cheers for passing by Dwayne.
  • Hey Dwayne,

The A-Team was one of my favorite shows growing up. You could put these guys in a girls locker room and they would find a way to make pom pom grenades and explosive devices out of unmentionables. (Ha)

They are the great example of teamwork. Each has his strengths, and each of them know their strengths and weaknesses. Being a part of a close knit team of like minded people is a sure catapult to success.
  • Hey Chris, yeah they need to bring back "The A Team", great example to us networkers.

    Cheers for passing by.
