TVI Express is a direct sales company that offer travel products. They are located in London a part of the United Kingdom. Travel Ventures International is the company behind TVI and report that they are a large multinational company. They also report that they have distributors in over 50 different locations around the world.

So who is behind Travel Ventures International?
The corporate website of TVI Express does not appear to disclose the names and positions of its management team, however they do have what they refer to as an “advisory board”. The advisory board is a collection of “elite” members that contribute to the growth of the business.

They have a strict criteria for the advisory board and will only allow members to join with a minimum one year commitment to the business. On top of that they are evaluated based on their performance. The advisory board have access to extra training. It also appears that Travel Ventures International are followers of Neuro-linguistic programming or better known as NLP.  I am not even going to pretend to be an NLP expert, all I can say is that it is a study of the mind, language and how their interaction affects our body and actions.

How do you make money in Travel Ventures International?
Initially you pay up to $275. The good thing is that is a one off lifetime payment with no monthly fees. You are then encouraged to bring in two distributors. As you can imagine those two are then encouraged to get two, and so on, I am sure you know the drill!

I must admit it took me a little while to get my head around their compensation plan. Well, I think I have finally worked it out. Here goes, it works on a matrix basis.  You have 3 linked matrices. The idea is that you get promoted to each matrix or board as they call it.

The first matrix is 2 x 4 and is referred to as the travelers board. Once you complete this board you are rewarded $250 + $250 in vouchers. The next board is called the express board. This board is again 2 x 4 and gives you the ability to make $15,000. This breaks down as $10,000 + $5,000 vouchers.

The final board is a 5 x 10 matrix where the real big money is made.

Looking at the compensation plan there is clearly ways to make some decent money. Like most direct sales opportunities the challenge is being consistent and determined enough to make it succeed. Let us look at what we are asked to do, bring in two people. On the surface it sounds easy but that is only the beginning. You have to be a leader and motivate and support those two so they do what you have done. This needs to filter down to all remote team members in order for you to succeed.

The bottom line is to really succeed you need to take advantage of the Travel ventures International online presence and leverage the Internet. If you can work how to generate at least 20 targeted leads a day that would insure you have the best possible chance to make the money you truly deserve.
