Increasing Blog Traffic by Spinning Like Merry Go Round

Have you ever been on a crazy merry go round? Well, to be honest I have a low tolerance for these crazy rides and usually end up feeling ill! I know, sad right?

The thing is, increasing blog traffic is quite easy if you know how to re-use your content correctly and by “spinning like a mad merry go round”. If you are a regular reader here then you have probably seen me explain about the 4 step article marketing traffic strategy.

Well, I am going to explain how to take some the headache out of spinning and keep you focused on syndicating your content and increasing blog traffic.

What Is The Purpose Of This?

The idea is to increase traffic to your blog by getting your content in as many places as possible, with minimum effort.

Is Spinning Worth Your Time?

The last time I mentioned spinning, I was asked this question. The answer is, in my opinion, yes. However once you make some “moola” I would strongly advice outsourcing it, but that is a whole new topic that I will not get into right now.

Here Is The Method To Syndicate Your Content and improve blog traffic

Basically you ideally want to come up with 3 variations of your original article, whether you are using my preferred tool: Automatic Article Submitter or another tool or service.

This will mean that you will create hundreds of highly unique variations of the original article. Now many people try to re-write the article in one sitting and spend 45 minutes to an hour and lose their mind!

Forget that! Do this instead, write your original article and sit that bad boy on your blog. Then, a day or two later - “re-write” the article sentence by sentence and submit to ezine, with a backlink to your blog post - why bother re-writing it? Well two reasons, you will get another peice of content ranked and create another variation, which I will explain.

After it is accepted by ezine, then combine the original and re-written article to make “spin text”. So if you are using Automatic Article Submitter you would copy and past each sentence and that would create 2 variations per sentence, with me?

e.g. {Wayne is crazy sharing this|re-written version of that sentence} <== Automatic Article Submitter will output this.

Now if you want maximum uniqueness you can add another sentence to each variation, making 3, and create a mother load of content to syndicate!

  • Spinning can be a pain, but like most things once you've done it a few times you get much faster.

Or like you say just outsource it.

    Cool tips Wayne,
    Matt
  • I really like this strategy because it's simple -- just re-write a sentence a couple times.

    Thanks, Wayne!
  • Hey Wayne,

The more people we can get to the blog, the more we can help. Increasing traffic to our site using the spinning of articles as you said, takes the frustration out of the process.

  • Hey Wayne,

I have to say thanks for sharing this. This is a little secret on how to create different variations of content for article marketing. Spinning articles the way you explain does take out the headache.

  • Wayne,

Spinning can be a P.I.T.A. and I do like and own Automatic Article Submitter. I also like Unique Article Wizard because instead of the article being 'spun', it is rewritten for you. I have not used it yet but the webinar was really good :O)
I personally like to create new content because I know I am getting readers
and if they like what I am doing, they I am going to keep it coming.

    Thanks Wayne
Have a great day my friend,

  • Hi Wayne,

I am taking your trusted advice on this and trying exactly as you've suggested. A bit early yet to judge results but I'm interested to see making 3 variations per sentence pans out over the next few months.

    Thanks for the tip,
    Wayne
  • Spinning can be a painful process. Your method eases the pain.

I usually write a weeks worth of content. Then rewrite and submit to the various ezines the following week. This allows me time to be more creative with the rewritten copy. Same tactic and it works.

    Hi Wayne,

I use this same process you outline and it works well. I have to admit I outsource spinning a lot. I do always write my original article though. Great tips for those wanting success with article marketing.
