Your first year in network marketing can be a hard work. There are many challenges. This includes rejection, people tha wast tour time, and much more. The aim of this article is to give you 5 Red Hot tips to help make your first year a success.

1) Know your business – Before you head out and start marketing your business you need to fully understand your company’s service or product. Make a list of questions that you have or had before you began. These questions will most likely be the same as others that are evaluating your business. So if you have answers to the questions in your prospects head, then you have a great advantage.

2) Up line and Events – Remember that you are in a networking business, so network with your Up line team. Attend company events and make it your business to know at least 3 successful people in your up line.

This will give you a point of contact for advice, inspiration or support.

3) Goals – To insure that you will be successful in your first year in network marketing you need to define what “successful” is. Write down on paper a clear goal that has a deadline date. For example, achieve second promotion by December 31st. Once you have this well defined you can quantify what successful is.

The next step is to create smaller short term goals that lead on to achieve the main goal. For example, to achieve the second promotion by December 31st you will need 10 new recruits in your business. So if there is 5 months until December 31st then you need to recruit 2 MLM Network Marketing leads a month. It is really that simple.
