I have been using Twitter for a few months now and many people have asked me how I have managed to get over 4,0000 followers in that short space of time and market my primary home business using twitter.
The answer is with very little effort!
In all honesty I spend hardly anytime on Twitter, however I am very active. Surely that doesn’t make any sense?
I agree, it is a bit confusing. Ok let me get to the point I use 4 key FREE tools that literally run my account, and market my Home Business Using Twitter on auto pilot and you can do exactly what I have done with not much effort.
1) Social Oomph (formerly TweetLater)
2) Google Alerts
3) Twitter Feed
4) Twollow
1) Social Oomph (formerly TweetLater) is a smart tool. It allows you to automatically follow people back that follow you. You see Twitter is very fast moving and if you have to manually follow all followers back you could easily kill a few hours a day on that alone! Here is another cheeky tip - you can give people a link back to your website if they follow you too. 
2) Google Alerts: This is a FREE Google application that will search the internet for information that you want and create an RSS feed for you. So, if you wanted to target car lovers you would create an “Alert” on cars and have an RSS feed created on cars.
3) Twitter Feed: This FREE baby takes in your Google alerts RSS feed and automates your twitter posts. This means you could be knocking out 5-10 tweets a day on auto-pilot and providing value to your niche.
4) Twollo: This FREE tool allows you to automate your following. You can specify a following criteria and follow specific people. So if you were in the car niche you would look out for people that would benefit from those posts.
One last point, remember Twitter is social media, yes social media!! So if you really want to get the best results and market your home business using Twitter you need to create a connection with your followers. So these tools will only help you to get followers not to connect. That my friend is where your personal skills come in!
