How To Force Feed MLM Keywords

Happy Monday people! I hope you are all well and ready for another comical, but informative post from me. Apologies, on the lack of posts last week, schedule got slammed and away from internet access doesn’t help!……..

Anyway…….. How Can You Force Feed MLM Keywords Into Your Content and Not Sound Boring?

One thing I noted early on in this blogging game was the way the pro bloggers worked and how they kept their readers engaged day after day. It is ok keeping your blog updated regularly but how do you maintain a Network marketing blog and find ways to target MLM keywords that will help people but still keep them wanting to come back?

The MLM Keyword Is A Critical Ingredient, but not the only one!

This is what I learned, you need keywords to get the search engines excited and let them spider your blog day after to day,but you need “interesting” content to keep the real people coming back…

So, What Do You Do?

Simple, use your real world experiences, your own life, problems or even entertaining experiences or scenarios to dress up the “text book stuff”. The biggest problem I see with some blogs is, they actually have some really good content, but they deliver it like it is a college essay!

Here Is What I Do With My MLM Keywords

I brainstorm and do some keyword research. I have many posts on this, so just search and you will find many cool methods. Then I will think of a “quirky” headline that will make people think - WHAT IS THAT ABOUT!?

Then I “nest” my keywords in the content. Just make sure that you deliver on your title, or your readers may not want to return. So, keep it simple and be yourself people.

What is Your Method To Keep Your Content Interesting?

  • Hey Wayne,

Great post, I have been by quite a few blogs that have very obvious keyword stuffing. Hmmm, maybe sometimes mine do. Anyway, I try to either wow the readers with my many stories, or blow them away with the content.

It might be working, I would have to take a poll to know for sure. lol
  • It's one thing to get people to come to your site, quite another to get them to stay there. I laughed when Eric said some blog posts make him want to take a nap, but it's true. Weaving in your own story amongst your teaching is a very effective way to keep people engaged.

  • Hey Wayne,

I like how you mentioned, "Be yourself and people will come!"

I can't even read a post that sounds like an essay. Majority of the people that read blog post. What to read something quickly and move on. When you can accomplish this and add keywords for people to find you through search engines. Now you figured something out!

    Chat with you later...

  • I think people really underestimate the importance of using the right keywords. Not only using the right words, but in a way that the writing is interesting. Man, I read some blog posts that make me want to take a nap.

Right for the keywords, wrong for the readers.

  • Hi Wayne,

Great points you made here, that's why I like your blog -- you entertain and inform at the same time.
  • Hi Wayne,

    I like the pic ;)

If you were writing solely for an audience of search engines it'd be OK to finish up at the keyword step, but it's tough to do business with a search engine. I've tried ;)

I also try to recount real world experiences when blogging. People find "realness" interesting. They want something to relate to, something where they can say "Hey, that happened to me too!"

This forms a connection which piques their interest and all but guarantees a return visit to your blog.

Thanks for sharing your insight :)

  • Hey Wayne,

Welcome back, figured you got slammed. I'm right there with you.

Having the right keywords is important for the search engines and SEO, but just as you said, having an interesting posts that continuously brings back your readers is even more powerful.

    Completely agree!

    Have a great day,

  • Hey Jerome,

    Thanks for that.

It definitely is important to not just please the search engines.
