Facebook advantages - 3 Clever Ways To Use It in Your Business!

Following on from my post yesterday: 3 Facebook Advantages - Why You Should Be Using It To Grow Your Home Business!

I decided to follow up with how you should be using Facebook, as appose to why. My buddy Chris Owen seemed to have read my mind and suggested this post before I could post it! :)

Anyway, I am going to give you 3 quick ways that you should be using Facebook to capitalize on the Facebook advantages I pointed out yesterday.

1) Make Connections: Remember that the nature of Facebook is social interaction. So you need to be mingling with people. Now, the savvy marketer will pick out friends that are like minded and have interests that fall into his niche. This gives you two advantages, one is that you will actually have something in common and can relate. Also you will be able to help that crowd and eventually shine as a leader or be a wealth of knowledge for them.

Which leads me into my next point nicely.

2) Lead With Value: I can not emphasize this point enough. If you give real value people will love you, are you with me? If you lead with your business they will hate you! The plan is to get people to see what you can provide. Show them that you are not a link spammer, but you can actually help them succeed in life with your assistance.

3) Keep in contact: For you to get any real consistent results you need to be consistent. So if you are giving value, do it at a regular interval. It does not necessarily have to be every day. However if you choose twice a week, then stick to that. If you choose every day, then stick to that, you know what I mean?

Without getting into the in depth technicalities of how you do it, which is another couple of blog posts on its own, you should have enough now to know how to conduct yourself on Facebook to grow your leads and business. One final thing, just have some fun on there, but do not get addicted like I nearly did, Lol

  • Love it Wayne,

This is exactly what I meant. Build relationships not businesses on facebook. The business part will come after the relationship. Go out of your way to provide quality and everyone will want to be your friend.

Looks like my mind reading skills are in high gear. Great post Wayne.

  • Hey Wayne,

It's great that you are talking about Facebook. I'm seeing a good handful of individuals that go about the marketing in a wrong way.

Bottom line...If not sure what to lead with when it comes to marketing. You will always win by providing 'Value'.

    Chat with you later.
